The body of Christ infected with Hepatitis

I might be wrong, but isn’t the wafers given in “Holy” Communion suppose to have the presence God/Jesus. That's why it is said to be HOLY, isn't it. Is disease from the devil or demonic? At list this was or maybe still believes to be the case. So can infection or disease infect or be in something or someone at the same time God/Jesus is present?
